If you're passionate about making a difference to the lives of people with dementia through research, we want you on our team!

Applying for a charity place in the 2019 Virgin Money London Marathon for the Dementia Revolution couldn't be easier, just complete our online form below.

If your charity place application is successful we'll require a £100 registration fee and to make sure we raise as much money as possible for groundbreaking dementia research, we ask that you commit to a minimum fundraising target of £2,000.

We need to know a bit about you to process your application, we may also contact you to discuss your application or to offer you a place.
Date format dd/mm/yyyy. You need to be 18 by race day to run the Virgin Money London Marathon.
We'd like to know if you work for a corporate partner for either charity.

Dementia Revolution is a joint partnership between Alzheimer’s Research UK and Alzheimer’s Society, as such both organisations will have access to your information throughout the lifetime of the campaign.
